About this Career Opportunity
- Assist the Management team with daily business development tasks.
- Coordinate and schedule business development meetings, prepare proposals, and support presentations to clients worldwide.
- Manage email communications and ensure seamless meeting coordination.
- Take minutes, organize documents, and track follow-ups for ongoing projects.
- Participate in a weekly team meetings, also in the weekend.
- Commit to full-time availability in line with EU working hours, with the flexibility to work across timezones as we have clients in Asia, the US, and Europe.

Job Requirements
- Professional English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Reliable internet connection and the flexibility to work in both your own timezone and EU timezones.
- Self-motivated, able to self-learn and always hungry to learn more about digital marketing, highly available and responsive to chats, enquiries and emails, and eager to take initiative.
- Full-time availability, ready to commit to projects with long-term potential.
Salary Compensation & Career Path
This is a mentorship program that serves as an unpaid training phase to assess your dedication, skills, and work ethic. However:
- After the first month, candidates who demonstrate motivation, independence, and performance will be eligible for a performance-based stipend based on their results, quality of work, growth attribution to the agency and accuracy in registration.
- Once you successfully complete the 3-month mentorship, you’ll transition into a paid role as a Junior Marketing Specialist, with the opportunity for further promotions and salary increases as you advance within the agency.

Job Application & Onboarding Process
- First Intake Meeting: You will have an initial meeting with the Managing Director to assess your motivation, spirit, and the personal and professional connection with the person you’ll be working with most.
- Small Assignment: Following the meeting, you will receive a small assignment to prepare and present. This will help demonstrate your communication skills, motivation, and ability to deliver on tasks.
- Mentorship Offer & NDA: Upon successful completion of the assignment, you will be offered a mentorship contract
- Onboarding: Your accounts will be created, and you’ll officially get started in your role with all the tools and access needed to succeed!
